The minimum stay is 3 nights. WiFi, bed linen, towels and the usual amenities such as hair dryers are included in the rental price. Meals, airport transfers and excursions are available on request.

Our Riads are available from 1600 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 1000 on the day of departure. If possible, though, this will be flexible depending on your final flight arrival and departure times.

Smoking is allowed on the roof terrace.

No local visitors are allowed entry to any of the Riads during your stay.  This restriction is necessary because of the Moroccan legislation. 

It is expected that our guests do not make excessive noise that could disturb our neighbors. Furthermore, it is not allowed to be naked on the roof terrace. We also ask our guests not to unnecessarily look at the terraces and patios of the riads in the neighborhood. The roof terraces in Morocco were originally reserved for women.    

A housekeeper comes every three days to clean the main areas. Daily housekeeping can also be arranged for an extra charge.

A deposit of 50 percent of the rent is due within 10 business days from the day of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Bank transfers and Paypal are accepted forms of payment.

Full refund of deposit if stay is canceled six month prior to arrival. 50 percent of deposit is refunded if stay is canceled three month prior to arrival. No refund of deposit otherwise.
